Deposit Limit

Set your own maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Limits take effect immediately once set. To increase a limit, you'll need to wait 7 days.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When your time is up, NC21 will automatically send you an alert and give you the option to pause your session.

Cooling-Off Period

Need a few days away? Pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You won't be able to log in during this time.

Self-Exclusion

You can self-exclude from NC21 for anywhere between 6 months and permanently. This decision cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance how much you're willing to lose in a given period. Once you hit that limit, no further bets can be placed.

Reality Check

At regular intervals, NC21 will remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost during the current session.

What does responsible gaming mean?

Responsible gaming means treating gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to cope with stress. At NC21, it means enjoying yourself within your budget, being able to walk away after a loss without despair, and never letting gaming take priority over the other things that matter in your life.

Online betting and gaming are growing rapidly in Bangladesh. NC21 believes this growth must be matched with greater responsibility. That's why we're more than just a gaming platform — we're committed to creating a safe environment for all players.

When Does Gaming Become a Problem?

Most people play for fun and never run into any issues. But for some, gaming can gradually spiral out of control. That's not a personal failing or a sign of weakness — it's a mental health issue, and one that can be addressed.

Remember: Spending on gaming is just like spending on any other entertainment — just as you'd set a budget for a movie or a meal out, you should do the same for gaming.

The Foundation of NC21's Responsible Gaming Policy

NC21's responsible gaming policy is built on three pillars. First, prevention — we want players to stay informed before any problems arise. Second, detection — if warning signs appear, NC21 aims to identify them as quickly as possible. Third, support — help is always available, so no one has to face difficulties alone.

Playing at NC21 isn't just about winning — it's about having fun. The day it stops being fun is the day to take a break.

The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming

  • Set your budget in advance: Decide in advance how much BDT you're willing to spend on gaming each month.
  • Don't chase your losses: "Chasing losses" is a dangerous habit.
  • Don't game during time set aside for other things: Avoid betting during work hours, family time, or when you should be sleeping.
  • Keep a clear head: Avoid gaming when you're angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Keep other hobbies and entertainment in your life — beyond gaming: Balance in life is important.
  • It's normal to lose: Winning and losing are part of every game. Losses are normal.
