The following conditions must be met to open an account with NC21. Any account found to be in violation of these conditions may be suspended and the balance forfeited.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• The mobile number and identity you provide at registration must be your own.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or a third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification:

NC21 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
• Depositing from someone else's mobile banking account may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
• NC21 does not charge any transaction fees; however, mobile banking service charges may apply.

Withdrawals at NC21 are a simple and transparent process. Members can withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to certain conditions.

Core Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; VIP members receive priority processing.
• If suspicious activity is detected, NC21 may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

Withdrawing Bonus Balance:

Wagering requirements must be completed before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

All bonuses and promotional offers at NC21 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of all terms applicable to that bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a specific expiry date — bonuses not used within that period will be forfeited.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — complete one before claiming another.
• Withdrawing before meeting a bonus's wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse:

NC21 actively works to prevent bonus abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to meet wagering requirements by circumventing the rules, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• NC21 reserves the right to void bets in unforeseen circumstances, such as match cancellations or technical issues.
• If a match is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• NC21 may void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• NC21 is not liable for any issues arising from system delays during in-play betting.
